This is nice and shiny,
epoxy resin and many layers of carbon cloth,
getting there !!!!

Now its the time to build-up the outside of the tube ,
again sanding , creating a nice smooth surface ,
multiple layers of carbon with a very strong bond will do the trick

Part by part the tube is being reinforced from the inside first ,
we need a strong base to build the outer layers !!!!


On the second photo you can see the carbon mould we made earlier from the tube

Now using the moulded carbon parts we prepared earlier ,sanding both parts (the inner tube and the part)so we can achieve good bonding

This is what is left after the broken fibers was removed

Grinding and sanding till you find solid layer of carbon , all the lose parts has to go !!!

I can only say that there is no easy way doing that
and of course it takes time


Here we go :
preparing and sanding the broken part making it as smooth possible without
going to deep.
The idea is to make two moulds ,one from up, one from down from the tube
to insert them and reinforce the tube from inside first !!!
